Return/Refund Policy

Must A Media is committed to client satisfaction. This Return/Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for both consulting and training services, including the Meta Advertising Training Program.

1. Consulting Services Refund Policy

Consulting services are provided on a month-to-month basis, and each month’s fee is non-refundable once payment has been made. Refunds will not be issued for any portion of the monthly consulting fee, as payment confirms the Client's commitment for that month. Any advertising costs incurred during the consulting process are the responsibility of the Client and cannot be claimed from Must A Media in the event of any dispute or disagreement.

2. Training Program Refund Policy

Refunds for the Meta Advertising Training Program are available under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Clients may request a refund up until the end of Day 4 of the training program. After Day 4, no refunds will be issued.

  • Request Process: To request a refund, clients must contact info@mustamedia.com with a written notice explaining the reason for their request.

  • Conditions: Refunds will only be processed if the Client has attended all sessions up to the request date and has completed any required assignments. Must A Media is not responsible for any advertising outcomes or expenses incurred by the Client as a result of participating in the training program.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

The training was significantly delayed or not initiated due to reasons directly attributable to Must A Media.


Please note that dissatisfaction based on subjective opinions, such as aesthetic preferences or campaign performance that is influenced by external factors beyond our control (e.g., market conditions), does not qualify for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any course materials, including e-books, PDFs, worksheets, or additional resources provided during the training program, are non-refundable.

  • Consulting services rendered prior to the refund request are also non-refundable.

5. Session Cancellations

Clients who wish to reschedule a consulting or training session must notify Must A Media at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.

6. Processing Refunds

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within thirty (30) days and issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

7. Changes to this Policy
Must A Media reserves the right to modify this Return/Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients via email or posted on our website.
